Australia’s Education Ministers, through the Ministerial Council for Education, Early Childhood Development and Youth Affairs, have released a draft Indigenous Education Action Plan for public comment.  The Minister for Education, Julia Gillard, welcomed commencement of public consultation on the Indigenous Education Action Plan which will guide efforts towards improving educational outcomes for Indigenous Australians.

Your comments will contribute to ensuring that Education Ministers develop the best final Plan possible to close the gap between the educational outcomes of Indigenous Australians and other Australians.
