Who is helping:
To advise the Government?
The Australian Social Inclusion Board was established in 2008 to advise the Government on social inclusion principles, priorities and programs.
The Government also established a Third Sector Community Response Task Force in January 2009 to provide advice on the Government’s response to the economic downturn.
In addition, many Federal Government Departments have established special social inclusion sections to help further the agenda.
